PESHAWAR: Anti-terrorism court (ATC) Wednesday sentenced three militants of banned outfit Jaish-e-Islami to 14 years imprisonment each.
The CTD had arrested three militants for explosive materials smuggling. The accused Ali Rehman, Shoaib Khan and Bashir Ahmed were presented before an anti-terrorism court. The accused belong to Bajaur Agency and Mardan. They were accused of smuggling five kilogram explosive materials in their vehicle to Peshawar.
The ATC sentenced the accused to 14 years imprisonment each and also fined them. The accused were shifted to central jail after the court decision.
