11 killed as jeep falls into gorge near Muzaffarabad
ISLAMABAD: As many as eleven people were killed and 10 others sustained injuries in a road accident in Azad Kashmir near the state capital Muzaffarabad on Wednesday morning.Police said a passenger jeep fell into gorge while negotiating a sharp turn near Muzaffarabad.According to official sources, the jeep went out of driver’s control due to some technical fault and nosedived into the gorge, more than 300-feet down the road.11 people were reported dead and over 10 injured in the tragedy. Rescue teams arrived at the site and shifted the bodies and injured to CMH and AIMS hospitals.(APP)
