‘Corruption is on the high’
LAHORE: The Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif Sunday said that corruption soared in the country, adding that the upcoming budget would decide the fate of ‘Ali Baba and his 40 cohorts’.
CM Punjab was talking to newsmen on the occasion of the inauguration ceremony of Muslim Town flyover and said that Transparency International (TI) has declared the laptop distribution scheme by Punjab government as corruption free.
He maintained that development projects in Punjab were scot free and lauded by commoners.
