Court issues arrest warrants of Shahzain Bugti
QUETTA: A local court Friday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Shahzain Bugti and 26 others in illegal weapons possession case.
Additional Session judge – V Quetta issued non-bailable arrest warrants when the accused did not appear before the court. The Supreme Court has already cancelled their bails.
The guarantors were also served notices by the court.
On Dec 22, 2010, security forces had arrested Shahzain Bugti along with 26 of his personal guards and had recovered a huge quantity of illegal arms and ammunition when the JWP leader was driving with his convoy from the town of Chaman.
