PTI forms parliamentary board for tickets' distribution in FATA

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said on Friday that the drama of Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal over the Rangers’ presence in NAB court was to leave the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) judge unprotected.
In his twitter message, the PTI Chief said that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) attacked the country’s judiciary today for the second time adding, “Now we know the drama of darbari Ahsan Iqbal over the Rangers’ presence in NAB court — it was to leave the NAB judge unprotected”.
Continuing his comments, Imran said clearly the PML-N is bent on destroying all state institutions. He asked the public to be “prepared to stand up and defend our state institutions”.
He said the destruction of state institutions means the disintegration of the state and added , “This is the Sharif agenda which nation must counter”.
Today, the court was set to indict Nawaz (in absentia), his daughter Maryam and son-in-law MNA Capt (retd) Safdar, when lawyers and PML-N workers stormed the courtroom against police action for manhandling.
Following the brawl erupted at the courtroom, the judge adjourned proceedings.
The police had disallowed the lawyers from entering the judicial complex.
