Saad Rafique denied protective bail in Paragon housing scheme scam

LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khwaja Saad Rafique has said that the PPP is not cooperating with the government for constitutional amendment regarding delimitation.
Talking to newsmen here after PML-N high level meeting on Monday, the federal minister hoped that the CCI would sort out differences over census results and approve the constitutional amendment for delimitation.
He said that after approval of delimitation amendment, there would be no constitutional and legal hurdle in holding elections on time. However, he ruled out early elections, saying that after census early elections were impossible.
He said that the PML-N would start reorganization of the party at the district level and central executive committee of the party would be revived. He said that parliamentary board of the party would also be notified soon.
He said that besides addressing public meeting in Abbottabad, the former prime minister Mian Nawaz would also announce public rallies in other parts of the country. He said that the conventions would also be held at divisional level, which would be addressed by senior leaders of the party.
