Suicide bomber kills three in attack on NATO patrol in Afghanistan

KABUL: The bodies of three foreign workers, who were abducted in Kabul earlier on Thursday, were found in one of the city’s more dangerous neighbourhoods, an Afghan official said.
It is not known who was behind the abductions and murders, and no militant group immediately claimed responsibility for the assault.
Police officer Jan Aga said the three worked as cooks at Kabul airport and were of Indian, Malaysian and Macedonian nationality.
The Kabul police chief’s spokesman, Hashmat Stanekzai, said the bodies were left in Mussahi, a volatile area of the Afghan capital. Police are investigating the incident, he added.– Agencies
