7 facilitators of hardcore terrorists arrested in DG Khan: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: As many as seven facilitators of hardcore terrorists were arrested in an intelligence based operation in Gera Ghazi Khan on Saturday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
According to ISPR, the facilitators were involved in extortion and several other crimes.
Meanwhile, Punjab Rangers and Police conducted intelligence based operations in Lahore and arrested six accused including two Afghan refugees, the ISPR added.
It said that the Afghan refugees were residing in Lahore illegally and added that weapons and ammunition were also recovered from possession of arrested accused.
Referring to the arrests, ISPR said that Operation Raddul Fasaad was achieving success throughout the country.
