ANP leader Zaiba Afridi injured in armed attack in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) Peshawar Joint Secretary Zaiba Afridi was injured in an attack by armed men on her residence. The unidentified armed men broke into the house and opened fire, resulting in injuries to the ANP leader. She was shifted to hospital for medical assistance.
ANP leaders have condemned the incident demanding the authorities to investigate it.
Palwasha Abbas tweeted that the ANP district Peshawar joint secretary Zaiba Afridi home was attacked last night by unknown gunmen, she suffered minor injuries. She demanded inquiry into the incident and also demanded security for Zaiba Afridi and the arrest of culprits behind this attack
MNA Mohsin Dawar also took to Twitter to condemn the incident and demanded investigation into it.
