PESHAWAR: Score of Awami National Party (ANP) workers and leaders on Tuesday gathered in front of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly and staged protest against the brutal assassination of its Peshawar District President Sartaj Khan.
The ANP workers were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans demanding justice for Sartaj Khan and other martyrs. They demanded immediate arrest of the culprits involved in the murder of Sartaj Khan. They also demanded of the government to provide security to ANP leaders and ensure security of their lives.
