Army vows to block hostile acts against Pakistan

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Thursday chaired Corps Commanders Conference and reviewed internal and external security matters, said ISPR.
“An exhaustive review of professional matters, internal and external security situation including the ongoing operations against terrorists in Shawal and rest of the country were discussed,” According to ISPR.
The meeting of top army brass at General Headquarters (GHQ) was also apprised about the activities of hostile intelligence agencies inside Pakistan and the response thereof, ISPR said.
“It was resolved to take all measures to block hostile acts against Pakistan, which can undermine our security and growth,” ISPR said in a statement.
