KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court adjourned the hearing of t Naqeebullah Mehsud murder case till September as the investigation officer failed to appear before the court.
The ATC judge issued show-cause notice to Dr Rizwan, investigation officer, for his repeated absence from the court proceedings, saying that due to his absence the case was not moving forward.
The judge remarked that the acquittal application of Rao Anwar would be taken for hearing on next date of hearing.
