HARIPUR: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) special judge Fazal Subhan on Thursday adjourned the hearing of Mashal Khan murder case till Saturday after recording the statement of four witnesses in Haripur Central Jail.
On the fourth hearing of Mashal Khan murder case who was brutally killed by an angry mob in Abdul Wali Khan University on April 13, 2017, the court recorded the statements of four more witnesses and adjourned the hearing till October 7.
Up till now ATC has recorded the statements of 23 witnesses and would continue to record statements of the accused till the completion of list.
Lawyers of accused, father of Mashal Khan his lawyer, prosecution officers and media persons were present at the time of hearing.
