PESHAWAR: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) Tuesday rejected the bail applications of two accused in Mashal Khan lynching case, while another was arrested from the court premises.
The ATC heard bail applications of two accused Izharullah and Sabir Mayar.
The counsel for Mashal’s father argued that three accused were involved in the killing of Mashal Khan, who have confessed to their crime. The court rejected the bail applications of the accused. The court also ordered arrest of the main accused Asad Katlang from the court premises.
