HARARE: Australia has defeated Pakistan by nine wickets in the second T-20 match of tri-series being played in Harare on Monday.
Australia won the toss and elected to field first against the green shirts after which, Pakistan were bowled out for 116 runs in 19.5 overs.
Billy Stanlake and Andrew Tye ripped through the batting lineup of Pakistan while bagging four and three wickets respectively.
Shadab Khan scored 29 runs off 25 balls while man of the match in the previous game of the tournament Asif Ali made 22 runs off 20 balls followed by Faheem Ashraf with 21 runs off 17 balls.
While chasing, Australia achieved the target set by Pakistan in 10.5 overs for the loss of only one wicket.
Aaron Finch scored 68 runs off 33 balls.
Billy Stanlake was announced man of the match.
