Australia set target of 184 for Pakistan

HARARE: Australia Sunday set a target of 184 runs for Pakistan to chase in the final of the T20 tri-series in Zimbabwe.
Batting first Australia scored 183 for the loss of eight wickets in their first innings.
Pakistan got the much-needed breakthrough after Shadab Khan dismissed Australian captain Aaron Finch for 47.
Finch scored his 47 off 27 balls hitting two fours and three sixes in the process.
Earlier, Australia won the toss and elected to field against Pakistan in the final of the final of the T20 tri-series in Zimbabwe.
Both teams won three and lost one of their four games in the league stage and each has beaten the other once in their two encounters in the series so far.
The green shirts will be looking to build on their last league win when they defeated Australia by 45 runs.
Shaheen Afridi took three wickets in the match after Pakistan batting first posted a total of 195 for the kangaroos to chase down.
Opener Fakhar Zaman registered a career-best 73 as they raced to 194 for 7.
In reply, Australia could only manage 149 for 7 in the match.– Agencies
