QUETTA: The PML-N Friday suffered another setback in Balochistan as newly appointed adviser to chief minister and a minister resigned from their posts.
The newly appointed Adviser to the Chief Minister on Excise and Taxation Majid Abro resigned from his position, who was appointed after resignation by Mir Amanullah Notezai when opposition submitted no-trust motion against chief minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri in the provincial assembly.
Similarly, Minister for Labour and Manpower Rahat Jamali also tendered her resignation amid speculations regarding more resignations.
Former home minister Sarfaraz Bugti told media that more ministers and advisers would follow these resignations.
Meanwhile, talking about Prime Minister and Maulana Fazlur Rehman meeting, the opposition leader in Balochistan Assembly Maulana Wasey said that the JUI-F refused to save the PML-N’s sinking boat. “We are part of opposition for last more than four years, how can we support government?” Wasey said.
