ISLAMABAD: On Thursday Senate standing committee on Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives has directed CPEC authority to Authority to complete the under implementation projects on the fast track
The committee’s chairman Saleem Mandviwala said.
“According to my personal sources, the Chinese are not happy with the current progress of CPEC projects as they have approached me to help remove the bottlenecks ”
The committee asked Khalid Mansoor Special Assistant to Prime Minister on CPEC to take the responsibility of completing under-construction projects in time and remove hurdles in approval of mega projects like the ML-1 railway project and the hydropower projects.
