ISLAMABAD: The Accountability Court will now announce its verdict in the Avenfield properties reference against Sharif family at 3:30pm today, media reported.
The court had earlier announced to give verdict in the reference at 12:30pm but delayed it till 2:30pm.
However, the decision could not be announced at 3:00pm as well for the time to give the verdict in the reference was extended for thirty minutes once more.
This is the third time the court delayed its verdict, which will be announced by accountability court’s judge Mohammad Bashir.
The court while rejecting plea of Sharif family to defer verdict announced that judgment in Avenfield properties reference would be given this noon.
The reports further said that the court wrote its decision in Avenfield properties reference.
The Sharif family on Thursday filed a petition in the court requesting to defer the verdict in Avenfield properties reference due to critical condition of Kulsoom Nawaz.
The Avenfield properties reference was filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Sharif family in line with the Supreme Court’s orders in Panama Papers case.
