RAWALPINDI: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has foiled a terror plan and arrested two terrorists of a banned outfit in Rawalpindi.
According to a statement of the CTD, explosives were also recovered from the arrested terrorists.
The terrorists have been identified as Laal Mohammad and Tahir Mehmood, read the statement adding that they had been shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
