KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), Justice Saqib Nisar on Saturday said that they were compelled to interfere in executive’s work adding that they do not have such a plan.

He was addressing former Senate Chairman, Senator Raza Rabbani while hearing suo motu case of the death of children in Tharparkar and Mithi.
On Wednesday, former premier Nawaz Sharif said that CJP with suo motu notices has taken matters in his own hands and addressed Saqib Nisar, “You shouldn’t interfere with what is not your work.”
