PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan on Saturday said that efforts are underway to improve the communication infrasturcutre across the province.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar, he directed the concerned authorities to accelerate pace of work on Swat Motorway.
The Chief Minister also directed to review the design of 2nd phase of Swat Motorway from Chakdara to Mingora.
He said Dera Ismail Khan to Peshawar motorway will boost trade and tourism besides creating job opportunities in the area.
Mahmood Khan said the motorway has great importance for tribal districts to interlink it with rest of the province.
