Fawad Chaudhry restarts political activities after short break

RAWALPINDI: Former senior vice president of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Fawad Chaudhry has once again started political activities after a short break, saying that they will not give the PDM government an opportunity to play with open hands. He emphasized that it is their responsibility to release the arrested workers from jails on May 9.
Speaking to the media in Rawalpindi alongside Imran Ismail and Mehmood Molvi after meeting PTI viced chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi at Adiala Jail, Fawad Chaudhry said that they cannot abandon the opposition in these circumstances and cannot give the PDM a chance to play with open hands. They are still standing firm with their ideology and ready to play their role for the betterment of the country.
Fawad Chaudhry mentioned that discussions and negotiations have taken place with the former leadership of the PTI regarding the current situation and issues in the country. They have been in contact with Asad Umar, Asad Qaiser, and Pervez Khattak, among others, to find a solution and ensure a stable Pakistan, hoping they would succeed in this endeavor.
He stated that they will continue their political efforts for political stability in the country.Fawad Chaudhry said that what happened on May 9 should not have happened, but afterward, many innocent people have been arrested and thrown into jails. “It is our responsibility to release the innocent workers from jails, and we will fulfill our responsibility.”
He further added that they have had good discussions with their former colleagues and all concerned individuals.
