BAHAWALNAGAR: Five members of a family were killed and seven others injured in head-on collision between a passenger van and trailer truck early on Monday.
Police said the ill-fated van was going to Haroonabad from Chichawatni when it collided with a trailer truck near Chak 4-69 R. As a result five people including two men were killed and seven others were injured.
The injured have been rushed to tehsil hospital Haroonabad.
Sources said all the dead are members of a same family.
