QUETTA: At least four personnel of the security forces were martyred in an attack of the terrorists in Kech district near Pak-Iran border.
According to the ISPR, a group of terrorists from Iran attacked the routine border patrol of Pakistani security forces in the Jalgai sector of the district adjacent to the Pakistan-Iran border.
The ISPR added that at least four security personnel, including Naik Sher Ahmad, Lance Naik Muhammad Asghar, Sepoy Muhammad Irfan, and Sepoy Abdul Rashid, were martyred in the attack.
It has been further stated that necessary contacts are being made with Iran for effective action against terrorists so that such incidents can be prevented in the future.
