NAB summons Bilawal on May 17 in Park Lane case

ISLAMANAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the federal government after eight months has accepted that its economic policies have failed.
Reacting to Asad Umar’s resignation as Finance Minister, Bilawal ‘congratulated’ the nation over the resignation of Finance Minister Asad Umar.
On Thursday, the PTI leader said that he is stepping down from PM Imran Khan’s cabinet. He said that he was offered the energy portfolio and he thought that he won’t be able to do justice to that. Umar has been the target of a lot of criticism for the steps he took to improve the country’s economic position.
“The government after eight months has accepted that its economic policies have failed,” said Bilawal reacting to the news.
The PPP leader remarked that the economy will improve now.
