PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak here on Thursday said that that the government could not eliminate corruption from the society without the public’s support.
Addressing the class four employees convention in Peshawar, CM Khattak said that he has no desire of such position and power that protect robbers and corrupt elements. He said that during the past regimes, safe way was given to those who looted national exchequer with both hands.
Pervez Khattak said that the provincial government during the last two years increased national exchequer’s profit worth Rs 100 million. He said that change could be witnessed in the province as corruption culture has been vanished.
