Gunmen kill two factory labourers in Lakki Marwat

Two killed, four injured in clash between tribes in North Waziristan

LAKKI MARWAT: Two labourers were killed and another was injured when unknown armed men opened firing at them in Lakki Marwat on Tuesday night, police said.
The labourers were going towards Lakki Cement Factory on foot when unknown armed men opened fire on them in Wanda Jogi area. Two labourers identified as Ameerullah and Said Wali lost their lives in the firing, while Akbar Jan sustained injuries. The bodies and the injured were taken to hospital.
Police said the slain labourers had no enmity with anyone. A case of the incident has been registered against unknown persons and investigation has been launched. The slain labourers were 19 and 20 years old.
Sources said the slain labourers belonged to Wanda Jogi area. The labourers used to go to the factory situated six kolometres away from their homes on foot as they could not afford transport charges.
