PESHAWAR: Governor Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Engr. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra Tuesday said Pakistan Scouts have been rendering innumerable services for the country and fulfilling its responsibilities during the times of every calamity.
The Scouting, he said, have always proved its worth in every hour of need in the country. He expressed these views while chairing a meeting of Boys Scouts council.
The Governor while referring to various steps taken for uplifting of Scouts’ activities stressed that concrete steps should be taken to overcome the shortage of budget.
Besides others, special secretary Higher Education Khalid Khan, Provincial Scouts Commissioner Muhammad Rafique Khattak and members of the council were also present on the occasion.
During meeting the budget activities and by-laws were reviewed. Governor Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Iqbal Zafar Jhagra appreciated boys Scouts association for rendering their role for well being of the humanity. …APP
