PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has established a Private Schools Regulatory Authority to bring private educational institutions under effective government control.
A spokesman of the Provincial Education Department said that Secretary Education will be the head of the authority.
The authority will ensure implementation of government policies in private educational institutions besides determining their fees.
Its objective is to stop exploitation of parents by the owners of private educational institutions.
