PESHAWAR: The provincial assemblies of Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) were dissolved at midnight on Monday after completion of their five-year constitutional term.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah will keep holding their respective offices till the caretaker chief ministers take charge.
National Assembly and provincial assemblies of Punjab and Balochistan will stand dissolved on May 31 (Thursday).
