LHC reserves judgment on PTI’s petition seeking Shahbaz Sharif’s disqualification

PML-N rejects govt's condition for Nawaz's travel, decides to move court

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday reserved its verdict on a petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan seeking the disqualification of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif.
In the petition, Khan had sought Sharif’s disqualification over alleged violation of his oath as member of the provincial assembly and doing unlawful business.
Today, the court reserved its ruling over the petition that was filed by PTI’s lawyer Babar Awan.
