PTM announces to hold public rally in Lahore at all costs

ISLAMABAD: FATA parliamentarians Thursday convinced Pakhtoon Tahafuz Movement (PTM) chief Manzoor Pashteen for holding talks on PTM’s demands.
The PTM chief Manzoor Pashteen held a meeting with FATA parliamentarians at Parliament lodges. Pashteen has given April 25 as deadline for starting dialogue with the government.
Talking to Khyber News, FATA MNA Maulana Jamaluddin said that Manzoor Pashteen was ready to discuss the PTM’s demands with the government.
He said that the FATA MPs were playing the role of mediators between the government and PTM, adding that Manzoor Pashteen has very positive thinking and his issues would be resolved through talks very soon.
To a question, he said that the Lahore and Swat rallies of the PTM would be held as per schedule. However, he added, if talks between government and PTM started, then the PTM has to suspend protest rallies.
He said that Manzoor Pashteen has given April 25 as deadline for starting negotiations.
