Maryam confirms discussion on Sanjrani’s ouster with Bilawal

LAHORE: Vice president of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz Wednesday confirmed that she had discussed replacement of Chairman Senate, Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, with PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Talking to newsmen at the residence of Khawaja Saad Rafique, where she met with his family, the PML-C vice president said that she had held discussions with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman, on de-seating Sanjrani.
To a question, She said that all the decisions of the opposition parties would be taken at the all parties conference. About high-level commission on loan, she said that she couldn’t understand the inclusion of state-institutions in high-powered commission. “All institutions have representation in Economic Coordination Committee and National Security Council”, she added.
Accusing National Accountability Bureau (NAB) of biasness, Maryam claimed that the premier anti-graft watchdog lodge cases on basis of association with political parties. She stated, “it seems that they (PTI) has not yet digested victory of Khawaja Saad Rafique.”
