KARACHI: Mahmood Molvi, member of the National Assembly of the PTI from Karachi, Tuesday announced to part ways with the party over May 9 vandalism.
Addressing a press conference here, the PTI MNA also announced resignation from the National Assembly. He said that Imran Khan had given party ticket to him and the party has also given respect to him.
Mahmood, senior vice president PTI Sindh, said that he is quitting party not due to any fear or pressure, but the due to attacks on Pak army. He said, ”I never fought against the army as its our own army”. He said that during a party meeting, he had opposed protests in front of the GHQ and warned of civil in the country.
