Multan Sultans beat Lahore Qalandars by seven wickets

KARACHI: Multan Sultans Monday defeated Lahore Qalandars by seven wickets at the National Stadium as Lahore Qalandars finished last in the PSL tournament once again.
Both teams are out of the race to the playoffs.
Sultan successfully chased a 141-run target by seven wickets with more than seven overs to spare, as Shan Masood top scored with 48 from 25 balls and hohnson Charles added an unbeaten 41 runs in the chase to the finish line.
earlier, Multan Sultans’ bowlers kept Lahore Qalandars batting in check to restrict the team to 140-8, after winning the toss and opting to bowl.
Fakhar Zaman top scored with 53 off 36 balls, while David Wiese contributed 30 from 22 balls.
Mohammad Abbas took three wickets for 22 runs. Shahid Afridi bagged two for 18 runs.
