NAB court defers Zaradri's indictment in Park Lane case

ISLAMABAD: The accountability court on Monday has deferred the proceedings on indictment of former president and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari in Park Lane case.
During the hearing, exemption from the hearing pleas of Asif Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur were submitted in the court.
The accountability judge adjourned hearings of all the references including Pink Residency and Nehr-e-Khayyam illegal allotment cases till June 10 due to the outbreak of coronavirus in the country.
Meanwhile, lawyer Latif Khosa requested the court to hear the cases after Eid-ul-Fitr.
