NAB summons Shehbaz’s wife, daughters in assets beyond means case

LHC grants pre-arrest bail to Shehbaz Sharif till June 17 in graft case

LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Saturday summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif’s wife and two daughters.
As per details, Shehbaz’s wife has been summoned on April 17 while his daughters, Rabia Sharif and Javeria Sharif have been asked to present themselves before NAB officials on April 18 and April 19, respectively.
The family of Shehbaz have been summoned for interrogation regarding the business transactions, the NAB sources added.
The PML-N president’s son, Hamza Shehbaz, has also been directed to appear on April 15 in a case pertaining to the construction of a nullah from national kitty. Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz has been summoned on April 16 as well in a case of assets beyond known sources of income, sources stated.
An accountability court in Lahore on April 7 has already indicted Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz in the Ramzan Sugar Mills reference.
