LARKANA: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the PPP leaders could not be scare by putting their names on ECL or through ‘fake’ JIT reports and would not run away from the country.
He was talking to newsmen here on Friday. He said that they would respond to these charges in courts and parliament. However, he added, any movement against the government would only on people’s issue. He said that the PPP would not start movement on ECL, but would start movement for human rights and people’s right.
He expressed his full confidence over chief minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah and rejected the PTI’s demand for his resignation. He said that he was the most popular chief minister of the country. He said that Murad Ali Shah was the best chief minister.
He said, “we belong to Bhutto family and we will never run away and always gave blood”. He termed the JIT report as biased and incrimination report aimed at political engineering. He said that PPP senior leadership and elected members were targeted in the report.
He said that during his election campaign he had said that they wanted to install puppet prime minister.
He said that through 18th Amendment, they had restored the 1973 constitution. However, he added that the current government was on the mission of one unit. He said that he would not betray the martyrs of the PPP by compromising on 18th Amendment.
He rejected reports about forward bloc. He said that every institution should be held accountable.
