PM Imran summons PTI core committee meeting over Azadi March

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan Tuesday said that as everyone knew that he will not compromise on corruption , therefore no one has directly contacted him for NRO.
He was addressing a meeting of PTI’s parliamentary party, which was held at the parliament house in Islamabad.
The meeting, also attended by the allies of PTI, discussed overall political situation and the strategy to get the federal budget of next year passed by the National Assembly.
He vowed not to issue a National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), even if the opposition calls an All Parties Conference (APC) or starts a campaign against the government.
According to reports, he asked the party parliamentarians to inform the public about those responsible for the economic crisis. He said that the country would come out of the economic crisis. He said that the MNA would also start awareness campaign about taxes payment.
The prime minister also directed that all members should ensure they are present in the House as getting the budget passed was a legal requirement.
