Pakistan envisages strategy to raise Indian interference issue in UN

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani government on Tuesday envisaged strategy to raise the issue of Indian interference in Pakistan’s internal affairs in the United Nations (UN) while the draft letter to be sent to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon.
Pakistan permanent ambassador to UN Maliha Lodhi held important meeting with FO high-level officials.
Pakistan’s permanent representative to the UN, Maleeha Lodhi, and ambassadors from some other countries have been called in Islamabad for consultation to take up Indian interference at UN.
Sources said the meeting of ambassadors decided to take world powers into confidence following emergence of proofs of Indian meddling and Indian PM Narendra Modi’s confession. (Agencies)
