LAHORE: The government has started contacts to take opposition’s into confidence over amended ToRs in this connection two government member team led by Khawaja Saad and Anusha Rehman have given draft of regulations based on 15-points to Jamaat-e-Islami. Saad said that did not want deadlock but resolve of issues whereas Siraj-ul-Haq has said that opposition wants indiscriminate accountability.
It said in draft of government amended regulator that probe should be done form all people included on Panama Papers adding it Prime Minister doesn’t have name in Panama Leaks so why question being raised regarding probe to him. It is said in draft that if court summoned PM then he would surely go.
On this occasion, Khawaja Saad Rafique has said government was serious in forming the commission and could not want deadlock but resolve of issue but we have objection over demands of probe against PM Nawaz by opposition. Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Siraj urged opposition wanted indiscriminate accountability and it would be better all matters should be resolved through negotiations whereas Liaquat Baloch said that have taken government draft and would be in position to respond after appraisal.
