KHAIRPUR: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff Gen Raheel Sharif on Wednesday inspected military exercise Raad-ul-Barq showcasing the combat-readiness of the armed forces at Khairpur Tamewali near Bahwalpur.
Exercise Raad-ul-Barq is a comprehensive, integrated exercise that encompasses all weapons and calibers and showcases the combat-readiness of the armed forces “against our enemy, twitted Director-General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Asim Bajwa.
The exercises are being carried out jointly by Pakistan Army and Air Force.
The COAS and PM briefed the gathering about the exercises before the event began.
