PM Nawaz announces several development projects for Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday said a new Pakistan is emerging with the grace of Allah.
He was addressing a PML-N convention in Hyderabad this evening.
Nawaz Sharif thanked the people of Hyderabad for according him a warm welcome and said that the same enthusiasm was visible in all parts of the country.
Nawaz Sharif said that the government has started a number of development projects for the betterment of common man. He said new educational institutions including universities are being set up in all parts of the country. He said health card programme has been started to provide modern health facilities to the people. He said the power load shedding has been overcome and the government has also started projects to meet the future need of electricity in the country. He said the networks of highways and motorways have made the lives of the people more comfortable.
The Prime Minister also announced a number of development projects for the district. He said that Prime Minister’s Health Card programme will be started in Hyderabad to support the poor segments of the district.
He said survey will be conducted in the district and very soon the programme will be launched. He announced to set up a new airport of international standard in the district. He said that metro bus service project will also be started in Hyderabad. He announced 500 million rupees for the development of the district.
He also announced for the establishment of a university in Hyderabad and said that its foundation stone will be laid very soon. He announced 1000 million rupees for the university.
