PML-N suffers another humiliation as shoe hurled at Nawaz Sharif

LAHORE: In yet another humiliating incident for the ruling party Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), a man hurled shoe at former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in Lahore.
The incident occurred when Nawaz Sharif reached the dice to address a ceremony in Jamia Naeemia here on Sunday.
Almost all the electronic media outlets broadcast the incident clearly showing a man hurling shoe at Nawaz Sharif which hit him at shoulder making the former premier stunned.
The person who hurled shoe at Nawaz Sharif also raised his hands and chanted slogan.
After the incident, participants of the ceremony beat the person who hurled the shoe at Nawaz Sharif.
Nawaz Sharif cut short his address to the ceremony saying that it always gave me pleasure to come here.
He also prayed that may God bless this organization.
Nawaz Sharif added that they were striving for making Pakistan a better country saying that for this purpose, they had to unite all the stakeholders.
Let it be known that on Saturday, a man hurled ink at Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif during a ceremony in Sialkot which blackened half of his face.
Reacting strongly to the incident, daughter of Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz had took to twitter to say that people indulging in and making happen such things should be ashamed.
On February 24, Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal had also suffered a humiliating incident in Narowal when a man hurled shoe at him during a ceremony.
