DI KHAN: At least one terrorist was killed in a joint operation of the security forces and police in DI Khan on Monday.
According to police, on a tip off, the police and security forces carried out a joint operation against terrorists in Rohri area of DI Khan. The police said that one terrorist was killed in exchange for firing with the security forces. The killed terrorist was identified as Abdul Rashid, who belonged to a banned militants group.
The killed terrorist was wanted to police in terror related cases. He was involved in attacks on security forces and police.
