Police seize Rs60 million worth of fake currency in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Police Friday seized Rs60 million fake currency during a raid at warehouse located near Ring Road .
SSP Operations Javed Iqbal told a news conference that during the raid at the warehouse a counterfeit money printing machine was also seized, while three accused were arrested.
The police official said the three accused had plans to print an additional Rs90 million in fake currency denomination of Rs5,000, Rs1,000 and Rs500.
