Political temperature on the rise as PTI to kick off electioneering today

ISLAMABAD: Political parties have expedited their electioneering for the upcoming general election as some major political parties are all set to hold public rallies in the country today.
According to media reports, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will be initiating its campaign from the hometown of party chief Imran Khan, Minawali.
Imran Khan and others prominent leaders of the party will address the rally.
Similarly, former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi will begin his electoral campaign from his home constituency of NA-57, Murree today.
Abbasi will address a rally in Kallar Syedan.
On the other side, the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) is all set to hold a rally in Peshawar today.
The MMA’s central leadership is expected to address the rally at Ring Road.
Likewise, the Awami National Party (ANP) will hold a public gathering in Peshawar’s Badhaber area.
However, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will officially launch its election campaign on June 25 from Karachi.
PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif will reach Karachi tomorrow for two days.
He is expected to address the party rally and also visit constituencies where the party has fielded candidates.
