PPP invites PTI to all parties conference

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Tuesday invited Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) to its all parties conference to be held on March 4.
The PPP delegation led by Farhatullah Babar met with PTI leaders headed by Shah Mehmood Qureshi and invited PTI to APC.
Talking to newsmen, Qureshi said although parliamentary committee has agreed on most of the issues related to military courts, but the PPP’s suggestions could also be discussed and included in the constitutional amendment. He said that he was meeting the PPP delegation with the permission of the party chief and he would inform Imran Khan about the PPP stance and then they would take decision about participation in the APC.
Farhatullah Babar said that the PPP would present its suggestions before the all parties conference and try to develop consensus on the military courts and other issues. He said that the PPP wanted to invited all parties to the conference.
Dr Qayum Soomro, Mustafa Nawaz Khokar, Nayar Bhukari and Noor Alam Khan were also present on this occasion.
