GHALANAI: Unknown miscreants blew up a government primary school for boys in Kuz Chamarkand area of Safi tehsil of Mohmand Agency, officials said on Thursday.
Education Department officials said that some miscreants had planted explosives at the building of government Malak Bashir primary school for boys in Kuz Chamarkand, which exploded with a bang causing severe damage to the school building. No loss of life was reported as the incident occurred during night time.
Officials of the political administration told that after the incident security forces conducted a search operation in the area to nab the miscreants involved in the incident.
Safi tehsil is the worst-hit area in the region where over 50 schools had been destroyed.
